There are 3 types of training we can offer.

  • Installation Training,
  • Administration training,
  • User training.

  • Installation Training

    Installation Training


    Installation training, will enable the seller's own engineer's to install the system themselves.

    This training takes a whole day, and we would normally carry this out at your premises.

    In order for engineers to get the most from the information presented, I would suggest no more than 3 engineers attend the training session.

    The best way to approach the installation training, is to have an installation already planned.

    To get the most from the training, we would suggest that within a few days of the training, your engineer accompany us on the Pre-Installation. Once this has been completed, we would assist the engineer on the actual installation. This should result's in a smooth installation, and also the maximum amount of training for the engineer. If the Administrator training is carried out on the same day, It also gives the engineer a chance to watch the training in a real environment.

    Administration Training

    Administration Training


    Administrator training is carried out to the people who are going to run the system on site. This includes subjects like the Day to Day running of the system, how to administer and carry out the backups, adding and setting user rights, checking the system, and what to do if things go wrong.

    Finally they are shown how to find calls on the system, and how to install the remote search Client software if they are using this.

    This is normally carried out in the afternoon of the day of installation.

    User Training

    User Training


    User training, is normally left for the Site administrator to do, as once they have been trained, they will know what parts they do and do not want their specific users to know.

    Occasionally once the system is installed and functional, they may request that at a later date, they get a group of people together to be trained on specific areas of the "Client" software part of the application.
