About Clive

Hi, I am Clive Slade, and since 1993, I have worked for 3 Telecoms related companies. During this time I have had the opportunity to work on several Voice related products.

In the past, I have worked for ChannelVox, Managing the Technical side of such products as CCI-2000, FireFly, FireStorm, and FireVox VoiceMail systems. Talx, and Expert System, Ease, IVR packages, and AudioSoft voice recording products.

Upon the unfortunate demise of ChannelVox, I went on to assist in the setup of a company called CattPro. This was set up specifically to support the outstanding Maintenance Agreements of ChannelVox.

Finally, I was asked by Oak Telecom, to come on board, to assist in their new venture into the Voice Recording market with ProVoice and ProAgent. During the last 5 years of continually working with the manufacturer of the product, improving it, resolving issues, and growing it into new directions, it has proved it is a very good product which I have the pleasure of knowing inside out.

Oak have moved onto a Web based HTML recorder, and based on my previous experiences of SQL based systems un-reliability, I decided the time had come to spread my wings, and start up our own business.

I have decided to branch out, and offer my services to people on a freelance basis.

The most recent product I have worked with extensively, is from a Dutch based company, called OptiLogix. Having spent the last 5 years working directly with the manufacturer of this product, I have a great respect for both the product, and the commitment of the manufacturer.

Hello, I am Suzanne Slade, I’ve been working in the IT environment for the past 10 years; however it doesn’t pander to my creative side. Realising I have the artistic talent of a 5 year old I leave the wildlife artwork to the professionals. I get involved in the digital photography, computer graphics and creating personalised products.

I have been told to be serious so here goes:- I have in the past worked for Ericsson Telecommunications, however I got tempted away from there by a Voice Processing Company called Channelvox. When this company folded after a short period of working for CattPro the company that took over the Channelvox contracts, I decided to venture into the world of contracting. I now work within the IT department of a publishing house.
